These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital card packs on www.jockiz.com or app.jockiz.com. These cards represent licensed professional jockeys and are intended for use within the 'Jockiz' fantasy game.
Each pack contains a randomly generated set of digital cards, based on two parameters selected by the player:

Cards fall into five categories of increasing rarity: Outsider, Regular, Champion, Star, Crack.
Pack content is automatically generated upon payment confirmation. Cards are drawn individually according to the probabilities associated with the chosen rarity and format. The player may then manually open the pack in the 'My Jockiz Club' interface.
No duplicate cards can appear within a single pack. No minimum category is guaranteed. No 'pity system' is in place. Packs do not contain exclusive cards tied to any region, event, or time period.
Probabilities are displayed transparently and may be reviewed before purchase. They are shown without rounding on each product page.

Prices include applicable VAT and may be modified at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.
The offer applies exclusively to the following packs: LIMITED – BASIC (3 cards), LIMITED – PRO (5 cards), LIMITED – PREMIUM (7 cards), RARE – BASIC (3 cards), RARE – PRO (5 cards), RARE – PREMIUM (7 cards).
The offer is valid once per user. The code may only be applied to the first eligible pack purchase. Once applied, it cannot be used again, including in the event of cancellation or refund.
Payment must be made via Stripe. Any other method of payment excludes eligibility for the offer.
The offer remains valid until the first eligible pack purchase is completed by the user and cannot be carried over to later purchases.
The "Welcome50" offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or benefits.
Accepted payment methods:
Service delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The player then gains access to open the pack via their 'My Jockiz Club' interface.
In accordance with applicable law, the user waives their right of withdrawal, as the product is a digital good activated immediately.
Article L221-28 – The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where execution has begun after the consumer's prior express consent.
Jockiz Cards:
All visuals, names, and data associated with the cards are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the publisher's registered office.
